Collaboratively Trained!

Collaborative practice is here to stay, and we are excited to be a part of this peaceful divorce option!

We are excited to announce that both Trudy and Lily have been collaboratively trained, and are accepting collaborative cases. Collaborative divorce utilizes a team approach to resolving all types of marital issues, including division of assets and liabilities, determination of support for former spouses and children, negotiation and perfection of a family-focused parenting plan, and co-parenting education. Less stress, more peace.

For further information about local Collaborative options, check out Capital Collaborative Group, the association of local attorneys, financial neutrals and mental health neutrals who are collaboratively trained. Trudy is a member, and Lily will be eligible to join the Group in 2026.

FAREWELL

Tiffany Taylor, who served as our Law Clerk 2024-2025, has graduated and will sit for the Bar Exam this Summer. She will be missed very much, but we look forward to seeing the great things she will accomplish after becoming barred.
